The conditions prevailing in the hen house for organic hens are set by the European regulation on organic products (EC) 889/2008. According to the European regulation on organic production, the preventive use of antibiotics and hormones is not allowed.

Each hen corresponds to 6 m² of free vegetation.

The application of organic poultry farming methods is strictly controlled by the approved control and certification organization DIO in accordance with EU directives.
